Instruction
Install cleats
· Tighten the 4 black screws on the bottom of the sole.
· Place the cleat and metal washers and screws as shown above.
· Adjust the cleat position and tighten the screws.
Clip in
· Push your foot downwards and then you hear a “click” to mean you’re clip in.
· If it is difficult to clip in the pedal, please adjust the tension of the pedal properly.
Clip out
· Press the resistance knob to prevent pedal from moving.
· To clip out, twist and kick your heels outwards with moderate force.
